Three simple things couples can do to improve a stressed marriage?

1. EXERCISE. It a great stress reliever. I know who wants to walk when you feel like banging your head against a walk. But it’s a know fact that stress can be relieved by moving. Plus it’s hard to scream when you are breathing hard from exercising. So grab your partner and dance, run, walk or swim. Start with a 20 minute exercise, anyone can give twenty minutes and set goal from there. .

2. LAUGH. Not a good thing to do in the middle of a screaming match but as soon as things cool down. Try thinking of a moment that you had as a couple that was funny. If possible reenact the moment, if that’s not possible tell your partner what your thinking and why it was funny. Try to make a game out of making each other laugh. Remember the old saying laughter is the best medicine.

3. PRAY. It may sound odd, but the best time for a spiritual shout out is during stressful times.

Grab your partners hands and ask them to pray with you. Pray for your relationship, pray for better days, pray for misunderstandings or new beginnings. A lot of couples pray but many don’t pray as a couple. There is extreme power in couple prayer.

OFFICE BITCH, Could it be you?

  1. Dressing Provocative. So you lost a few lbs and suddenly people are acting different because , no one wants to see the “Girls” or the club wear!!! So watch out. Leave that at home for the weekends.

  2. Talking to people condescending manner. Yes, you sometimes have to stand up to people but remember not to talk down and belittle others. How you treat others shows your character.

  3. Sucking Up to the Boss. Bosses deserve respect because they are the Boss but NOTHING is worse than someone going overboard trying to please a boss. No one likes the brown noses.

  4. Not Share what you know with others. ( Hoard Knowledge ). Listen up knowledge hoarders, your day will come, people despise you, plus with Google out there some of your info you think is a secret is already out on the net. Share you can’t take it with you and when you hoard knowledge, It shows a real sign of insecurity.

  5. Thinking your Superior to Co-workers. This is a hard one, it’s a bit arrogance, it’s a wall you put up. You make it easy for others to talk about you behind your back. Sometimes you have to be part of the water-cooler Klan or you will be the the talk of the water-cooler.

  • If your Guilty on 1 of these it could be considered normal behavior.

  • Guilty of 2 of these on a day could be considered strategy.

  • If you are guilty of at least 3 or more on any given day then you could be considered the Office Bitch!!!
