Nothing is better than homemade green tomatillo salsa. If you have never had this it’s a must try. Don’t worry it’s not spicy at all, it has an almost sweet taste to it.
Ingredients
5 Tomatillos
1 Jalapeño peppers
1 clove Garlic
1/2 Lime
1/2 tsp Salt
1 bunch of Cilantro
1/2 tsp Sugar
Peel the paper like covering off of the tomatillos. Place them along with the jalapeño pepper in a medium size pot and bring to a boil for about 10 min.
Drain water off and add to blender/chopper with other listed ingredients and blend.
That’s it. You can enjoy warm on warm tortillas or cool it down in your fridge to serve with chips for later.
Super yummy 😋 enjoy.
